A: There is No Deadline for Academic Programs, We always have different Intakes available. But the main intakes are in MARCH & SEPTEMBER.

Q: What is the fee structure for academic programs?

Q: Can I pay in installments?

A: Generally, tuition fee is paid in advance. In particular cases it can be paid in 2 installments. Terms and conditions are regulated by the contract signed between the University and the student.

A: For undergraduate applicants, the following documents are required:

• SEU Application form
• Copy of school – leaving (high school diploma or equivalent) certificate and it’s supplement (If any, with the list of subjects and grades)
• Copies of first page of the citizenship document (Passport)
• Registration fee payment receipt

A: There are No Language requirements.

Q:  How much is the Registration fee?

A: The Registration fee is 300 USD and it’s non-refundable. Registration fee includes translation and notary services, recognition of education and enrollment procedures.

A: No, there is no age limit.

A: The language of the programs offered for international students is English.

A: No, the programs are not available online.

A: Undergraduate program duration is 4 years, graduate program duration – 2 years.

A: No, all programs are full time.

Q: How long does the admission procedure take?

A: A normal Admission Procedure can take up to 30-45 Days but if Applicants wants it to be done quicker they can always choose the faster options.

Q: Do I have permission to work while studying in Georgia?

A:  According to current regulations international students that have student visa/residence permit for Georgia can work in private companies. At the moment there is no OPT kind of program in Georgia, however some internship opportunities are always available.

Q: What are the average living expenses in Georgia, including   yearly insurance fees, monthly food cost, monthly residence cost and also any other fees/cost associated in the process?

A: The residence fees range from 200 to 400 USD per month. (Georgian National University SEU offers affordable housing options in contracted hostels and apartments in Tbilisi, closer to the campus.) Around 200-300 USD per month is required to meet expenditures on food, transportation, cell phone and other personal needs.

Q: Where is it possible to obtain residence permit and what are the required documents?

A: In order to get a student residence permit, a student may apply to the Public Service Development Agency, Community Centers or Public Service Halls.

Required documents are:

• Application form
• Photocopy of a student’s travel document
• Photocopy of the document evidencing the student’s legal stay in Georgia
• Certificate issued by the educational institution authorized in Georgia confirming the student is studying at the institution
• Document evidencing the legal income
