APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1: Submit ONLINE APPLICATION
Step 2: Receive the application feedback within 7 business days
Step 3: Attend the Interview and entrance exam (if any)
Step 4: Receive the preliminary approval of the application and pay the application fee
Step 5: Wait for the enrollment that involves translation, notarization, certification of the documents into Georgian, payment of the service fee at the National Centre for Educational Quality Enhancement and submission of the documents for the recognition and enrollment purposes (note: step 5 procedures takes up to 1 month)
Step 6: Receive the ministry order on granting the right to get enrolled at the university, sign the agreement and pay the tuition fee within 5 calendar days
Step 7: Receive the invitation letter
Step 8: Check the visa requirements and if necessary, apply for the long term visa (Immigration, type D)
Step 9: Plan your arrival, prepare documents and share the travel details with the admissions officer.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

The English language requirement may be waived if the applicant is a native of or graduated from an English medium high school / university in countries whose official language is English.

All other applicants must meet the English-language requirement aligned with CEFR level B2 to successfully apply.
Applicants must submit one of the following:

An official international language certificate (the main certificates and minimum scores accepted are given below)
An English Proficiency Statement from the university, high school or college, confirming that English was the language of instruction
A certificate issued by a local or international English language instruction provider (e.g. language school), confirming the acquisition of B2 level as a result of a language course attended

Applicants can also take an in-house institutional paper-based or online language test aligned with the CEFR level B2 by requesting via online application form.

APPLICATION FEE

The application fee is 200 USD which is used for translation, notarization and certification of application materials into Georgian, recognition and enrollment purposes at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia
