Tuition Fee Refund Request

Use this form if you paid tuition to a Georgian university and need it refunded, for example because your student visa or residence permit was refused, your admission was cancelled, or you withdrew before the program started.

How it works: we check your request, send it to the university with your documents, and follow it up until the university decides. The university decides on refunds under its own refund policy and pays the refund directly to the account you give us. We email you at each step.

Please attach: proof of your tuition payment (bank receipt or university invoice) and, if your visa was refused, the refusal letter.

This form is only for tuition paid to universities. Study-Georgia’s registration and service fees are covered by our Terms and Conditions.
