Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the website study-georgia.ge and to the admissions services offered by Study-Georgia, operated by MOVAHEDI LTD, 12 Osip Mandelshtam St, Tbilisi 0129, Georgia (“Study-Georgia”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or our services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our services
We help international students apply to universities in Georgia. Depending on the package you choose, this can include consultation, checking and submitting documents, translation and notarisation, university applications, recognition of previous education, enrollment, visa and residence-permit support, accommodation help and arrival services. The exact services in each package are listed on our Services page.
Universities make their own admission decisions, and Georgian authorities make visa and residence-permit decisions. We prepare and follow your application carefully, but we cannot decide the outcome on their behalf.
2. Fees and payments
- Application fee: depends on the university you apply to and is shown on that university’s payment page and on our application fee page.
- Service packages and add-on services: priced on our Services page.
- Tuition: is set by each university and paid to the university under its own terms. It is separate from our fees.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If you pay by bank transfer, only use account details we have sent you directly, and confirm them with us on WhatsApp (+995 557 750 644) before paying.
3. Refunds
Study-Georgia fees (application, registration and service fees) cannot be refunded once we have started working on your application or once 24 hours have passed since payment, whichever comes first. If we are unable to provide a service you paid for, we will refund the amount for that service.
Tuition paid to a university is refunded by the university under its own refund policy, for example after a visa refusal. Use our Tuition Fee Refund Request and we will submit and follow up the request with the university for you.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give complete, true information and genuine documents. Applications with false or altered documents are withdrawn and fees are not refunded.
- Reply to our messages and meet the deadlines we tell you about; delays on your side can mean missing an intake.
- Check the recognition and licensing rules of the country where you plan to work, especially for medicine and other regulated professions.
5. Communications
We contact you about your application by email, phone and WhatsApp. We send newsletters or offers only if you agree to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
6. Website content
Information on this website about universities, programs, fees, visas and living costs is provided in good faith and checked regularly, but it can change. Always confirm current details with us or the institution before making a decision. The website’s text, design and logos belong to Study-Georgia or are used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use.
7. Liability
We are responsible for providing the services you paid for with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions made by universities or authorities, for changes they make to their rules or fees, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
